Privacy Policy

B4NV Labs LLC (“B4NV Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and operates software products and websites. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, why we use it, when it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and the choices available to you when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our Services include HealthCenter, DinkRoster, Klyaro, B4DECIDE, B4NV Shield, B4NV Books, Avyqo, PatchWatch, and other B4NV Labs products as they become available. Not every Service collects the same information or offers the same features. The sections below apply only where the described information or functionality is relevant.

We aim to collect only the information needed to provide and protect our Services. We do not sell your personal information, health information, or personal financial information. We do not use health or wearable information for targeted advertising.

1. Information You Provide

Account and profile information. Services that require accounts may collect your name, email address, username, login credentials or authentication information, profile settings, and information you provide while registering or managing your account. Some products, including the core features of B4NV Shield, do not require an account.

Information you enter or upload. Depending on the Service, you may provide schedules, decisions, personal goals, messages, group or event information, photos, documents, receipts, feedback, or other information. Some community features, such as DinkRoster groups and events, may display information you share to other members or participants according to the feature and its settings.

Health and fitness information. If you use HealthCenter and choose to connect a device or provider, we may process information you authorize that is needed to deliver its features. This can include activities and workouts, sleep, heart rate and heart-rate variability, readiness and recovery measurements, training load or strain, body measurements, and related health or fitness metrics. The data available depends on your devices, providers, permissions, and enabled features.

Financial and bookkeeping information. If you use Klyaro, you may enter budgets, income, spending, bills, account names, balances, debts, financial goals, recurring transactions, or other details used for cash-flow and financial planning. If you use B4NV Books, you may provide business or personal expense records, receipt images, descriptions, payment-source information, and bookkeeping categories. We use this information to provide the functions you request. We do not sell personal financial information.

Other product-specific information. Depending on features you choose to use, Avyqo may process appointment times, services, and contact details; PatchWatch may process device or server inventory, patch information, and technical security records; and B4DECIDE may process choices and decision-related information you enter.

Support and communications. If you contact us, we may receive your email address, correspondence, attachments, and any information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.

2. Information From Connected Services

Some Services can connect to third-party providers at your request. For example, HealthCenter may support connections involving Apple Health, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, RENPHO, Fitbit, or other supported providers. The precise availability of integrations varies.

When you authorize a connection, we may receive the categories of information allowed by the permissions you grant and the provider's interface. We may process authorization tokens or similar credentials needed to maintain an authorized connection, where applicable.

Connecting a provider is optional. You can revoke permission through the provider or device settings and, where supported, disconnect it within the relevant B4NV Labs Service. Disconnecting stops future authorized access when effective, but does not necessarily remove information already imported; deletion is addressed in Section 10.

If a financial data connection becomes available in Klyaro or another Service, we will describe the provider and information involved before you authorize that connection.

3. Technical and Usage Information

Depending on the Service, our websites, hosting systems, and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, device or browser types, approximate connection information, timestamps, diagnostic records, authentication events, error reports, and usage information needed for operation, abuse prevention, security, or troubleshooting.

Websites and account-based Services may use cookies, session storage, or similar technology to maintain sign-in sessions, remember preferences, and protect accounts. Optional analytics or other nonessential technologies, if introduced, will be disclosed and managed as required by applicable law.

The type of technical information processed varies by product. A statement about one product does not mean every B4NV Labs app collects identical data.

4. B4NV Shield: Account-Free Privacy and Security

B4NV Shield is a native iPhone app whose essential Secure DNS and Safari content-blocking features do not require creating a B4NV Labs account. In the current version, the app does not operate a B4NV Labs user-profile database or use advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. It reads protection configuration states reported by iOS and saves basic appearance preferences locally on your device.

Optional Secure DNS. If you choose to configure and enable Secure DNS, iOS may send supported DNS queries over an encrypted DNS-over-HTTPS connection to Cloudflare's malware-filtering 1.1.1.1 for Families resolver, including security.cloudflare-dns.com and resolver addresses 1.1.1.2 and 1.0.0.2. Cloudflare, rather than B4NV Labs, processes those DNS requests and associated technical information under Cloudflare's applicable privacy policy and practices. B4NV Labs does not receive Cloudflare's individual DNS query logs through B4NV Shield. See Cloudflare's public DNS privacy information.

Optional Safari Protection. If you enable the Safari content-blocking extension, Safari applies the app's locally bundled blocking rules to supported requests in Safari. The extension does not provide B4NV Labs with a list of visited pages or per-request blocking records. The available rules are limited; the feature cannot promise to stop every advertisement, tracker, or security threat.

Your control and limitations. You may leave these features disabled or change their activation in the relevant iPhone settings. Removing the app may not automatically remove a DNS configuration that was previously saved in iOS settings. Secure DNS is not a VPN, does not hide your IP address, and does not guarantee protection against every malicious website. Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs the information it processes as a DNS provider.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Certain Services, including features of HealthCenter where available, may use artificial intelligence to summarize information, respond to questions, or generate requested insights. When you use such a feature, the prompts you provide and relevant information needed to produce your requested result may be processed by an external AI service provider, such as OpenAI, under the provider's applicable terms and data-handling arrangements.

Where required, we will request your permission before sharing personal or health information with an AI provider. We do not sell your health or financial information or use it for targeted advertising. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace appropriate professional judgment.

6. How We Use Information

We process relevant information to:

• Provide the features and results you request, maintain accounts where needed, and save your settings.
• Connect and synchronize authorized third-party services and generate requested reports, recommendations, or insights.
• Support community, appointment, financial-planning, bookkeeping, valuation, and security-monitoring features where offered.
• Operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the reliability and security of our Services.
• Respond to questions, support requests, privacy requests, and service-related communications.
• Detect misuse, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights and safety of users and others.

We do not use personal health or wearable data for targeted advertising.

7. When We Share Information

We may disclose information as reasonably needed to provide requested functionality to:

• Service providers that help with hosting, storage, email delivery, authentication, technical operations, troubleshooting, and security, subject to appropriate obligations.
• Connected providers and integrations that you choose to enable, subject to their applicable terms and permissions.
• AI processing providers when an AI-powered feature is used, as described in Section 5.
• Other users or participants, but only to the extent needed for the collaborative, social, scheduling, or community features you choose to use.
• Authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, legal claims, or safety.
• Successors or advisers involved in a lawful business transaction, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

For B4NV Shield specifically, DNS requests processed by Cloudflare are described in Section 4; this does not mean B4NV Labs receives or sells those query logs.

We do not sell your personal information, health information, or personal financial information.

8. Payments and App Stores

Where a Service offers purchases or subscriptions, payments may be handled by an app store or payment processor under its own privacy policy. We may receive purchase status, transaction references, or limited billing information needed to provide access, support customers, or keep business records. Your payment provider may collect information that B4NV Labs does not receive.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the type of information processed. These may include access controls, secure communications, credential protection, and measures to detect misuse. Health, financial, and business-security information merits particular care.

No service or method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Retention, Access, and Deletion

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing requested features, maintaining security, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, and preserving necessary business records. Retention periods vary by Service, information type, and applicable legal requirements. Backup copies may remain temporarily until their normal retention period expires.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting [email protected], subject to applicable law. For Services with accounts, use any available in-app account deletion function where provided; you may also contact us for assistance. We may need to verify a request before acting and may retain limited information where legally required or reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, or similar legitimate purposes.

Revoking a connected provider's authorization generally prevents future access, but it does not automatically erase data already received. If you want previously imported data deleted, request deletion as described above.

B4NV Shield's core features do not create a B4NV account to delete. You can turn off its iOS-managed protections and remove local app data by deleting the app, subject to any DNS configuration still present in iOS settings. Data handled independently by Cloudflare is subject to Cloudflare's privacy practices and available rights processes.

11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on the Service and your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain copies of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also be able to:

• Manage account and profile details within the relevant Service.
• Choose whether to connect external providers and revoke their authorization.
• Control supported device permissions, notifications, and local preferences.
• Decide what information to contribute to community, scheduling, or shared features.
• Request assistance with privacy rights or account deletion at [email protected].

We will review requests under applicable law and explain if an exception applies.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally sufficient authorization. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, please contact [email protected] so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Health and Financial Information Are Not Professional Advice

HealthCenter provides informational health, fitness, recovery, wellness, and training insights. It is not a medical device or a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on it for emergency care.

Klyaro provides tools for organizing and understanding personal financial information. Its calculations, plans, or suggestions are informational and do not replace advice from a qualified financial professional.

14. International Processing and Third-Party Policies

Our hosting providers, connected integrations, AI processing providers, and other service partners may process information in locations different from your own, subject to applicable law and relevant safeguards.

Third-party services have their own privacy notices, terms, and choices. This includes Apple, connected health or financial providers, Cloudflare for optional Secure DNS, and external AI service providers when applicable. We encourage you to review the applicable providers' notices before enabling an integration or feature.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our applications, integrations, practices, or legal obligations change. When we publish a revision, we will update the effective or last-updated date on the website and provide additional notice where required by law or appropriate for a material change.
