This Privacy Policy explains how B4NV Labs ("B4NV Labs," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our websites, applications, and services, including HealthCenter and Pickleball Connect (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Depending on the Service, you may provide account information such as your name, email address, username, profile details, preferences, group or event information, feedback, and information you choose to enter into the Service.

Health, fitness, and wearable information

If you choose to connect a health or wearable provider, HealthCenter may receive information that the provider makes available with your authorization. This may include activity and workout data, sleep information, heart rate and heart-rate variability, recovery or readiness information, strain or training-load information, body measurements, and related health or fitness metrics. The exact information depends on the provider, your device, your permissions, and the features you use.

Connected providers may include services such as Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Health, RENPHO, and other providers we support in the future. Connecting a provider is optional. Provider access is subject to the permissions you grant and the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Connection and technical information

We may process authorization tokens or similar credentials needed to maintain a connection you request. We may also collect limited technical information such as device/browser information, application diagnostics, security events, IP address, and usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and personalize the Services; connect and synchronize authorized providers; calculate or present insights, trends, summaries, recovery/readiness guidance, activity information, and other requested features; operate community and game features; authenticate users; maintain security; troubleshoot problems; communicate service-related information; and improve our products.

We do not use your health or wearable data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal or health information.

3. Connected Services and Authorization

When you connect a third-party provider, you authorize us to access the categories of information shown during that provider's authorization process. You can stop future access by disconnecting the provider in HealthCenter when that option is available or by revoking access through the provider. Revoking access does not automatically delete information previously received and retained by us; you may request deletion as described below.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, authenticate, monitor, communicate, or otherwise operate the Services, but only as reasonably necessary for those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction where permitted by law. We do not sell your personal or health information.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security and integrity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary by data type and Service.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may retain limited information when legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations.

7. Your Choices

You may choose whether to connect supported providers, control permissions through those providers, disconnect providers, update certain account information, and request access to or deletion of personal information where applicable. You can contact us for assistance with these requests.

8. HealthCenter Is Not Medical Care

HealthCenter provides informational health, wellness, fitness, recovery, and training insights. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Do not use HealthCenter as a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional or for emergency medical care.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can address it.

10. International and Third-Party Services

Third-party services you connect to our Services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Information may be processed in jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products, integrations, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date on this page when we make changes and provide additional notice when appropriate.
