Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, applications, and services provided by B4NV Labs ("B4NV Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), including HealthCenter and Pickleball Connect (collectively, the "Services"). By using a Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for information you provide, activity under your account, and maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate information when it is necessary for the Service to function properly.
2. Accounts and Access
Some features require an account or an invitation to a particular group. You may not access another person's account without authorization, interfere with the Services, attempt to bypass security controls, or use the Services in a manner that harms B4NV Labs, our users, or third parties.
3. Connected Providers
HealthCenter may allow you to connect third-party health, fitness, or wearable services. You are responsible for authorizing those connections and for complying with the terms of the provider you connect. Availability, accuracy, and continuity of third-party data depend on those providers and may change or become unavailable.
4. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
HealthCenter is not medical care. HealthCenter provides informational wellness, fitness, recovery, readiness, activity, and training insights. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information provided through HealthCenter should not replace advice from a physician or other qualified healthcare professional. Always seek appropriate professional advice regarding medical concerns, symptoms, treatment, medications, or changes to an exercise or wellness program. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
5. Pickleball and Physical Activity
Participation in pickleball, exercise, and other physical activities involves inherent risks. Pickleball Connect may help users organize or participate in activities but does not supervise those activities or guarantee the condition of facilities, equipment, participants, or events. You are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you.
6. User Content and Community Features
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant B4NV Labs a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Services. You must have the right to submit the content and may not use community features for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including B4NV Labs branding, software, interfaces, designs, and original content, are owned by B4NV Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
8. Service Changes and Availability
Our products are evolving. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or Services. We do not guarantee that a particular third-party integration, feature, or Service will always be available or error-free.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that data, calculations, recommendations, third-party information, or Service availability will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, B4NV Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to use of the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users, address violations of these Terms, comply with law, or discontinue a Service.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our Services evolve. We will update the effective date when changes are made and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
